Challenge Our customer was in search of a local contractor that would be able to remove previously damaged siding to very specific areas of their very contemporary home in Lake Forest Park, not far from where our office is located.

Challenge Partial siding replacements propose a complicated challenge, in which the new and old materials must blend seamlessly to improve the overall curb appeal of the home while maintaining its structural integrity.

Challenge New construction, homeowner designed his own home for a modern look in one of Seattle’s older neighborhoods. We used Longboard metal siding for soffits and minor accents coupled with Standing seam vertical metal and smooth James Hardie panel as the 2 main cladding components.

Challenge At this lovely two story custom craftsman in Woodinville we installed Shakertown Craftsman Cedar Shingles to the second story.  In addition we added clear cedar tongue and groove soffit to the front entry.

Challenge Remodel, converted from real Stucco siding to James Hardie smooth panel siding as the main cladding with Longboard metal siding for the entry accent. Customer was experiencing major water intrusion from the failed Stucco so there were considerable areas of rot to address.

Challenge We were connected to our customer through Home Advisor when they were searching for a siding expert to remove their current exterior material and install all new siding. After years of weather, damage caused their siding to deteriorate, the product needed to be installed professionally.

Challenge  We were connected through Home Advisor to our customer who was looking to tear down all of their old exterior material and replace it with James Hardie Color Plus Siding due to its durability and aesthetic.

Challenge The owners of this beautiful property in Puyallup were in search of a local and skilled siding contractor to replace the entire exterior of their home as well as upgrade the overall aesthetic using unique design details.

Challenge Sitting just a block from the Puget Sound with a beautiful view of the water, our customer's home had experienced years of exposure to the elements, resulting in parts of their siding being damaged and needing replacement.
