Challenge Due to the inclement weather we often experience here in the Pacific Northwest, moisture can become an increasingly serious problem the longer it sits inside of your home.

Challenge Full remodel of a historic home in downtown Everett. Homeowner is an architect and completely designed and rebuilt the home to match the period it was originally built in. We installed a complicated Cor-A-Vent rain screen system that allowed the walls to breath through the soffit venting.

Challenge We were connected to the GC through the James Hardie website. He was looking for a skilled siding installer for a project in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, where craftsmanship is valued as much as the view. Solution Home was outdated and they had built an addition in the back.
