Challenge

Our customer was in search of a local contractor that would be able to remove previously damaged siding to very specific areas of their very contemporary home in Lake Forest Park, not far from where our office is located. They hoped to install all new product to repair the damage, all while maintaining the modern aesthetic and curb appeal of the current house. 

Solution

Our team was able to remove the damaged and old siding from the highlighted areas of the home and install 4 x 8 Smooth James Hardie Panel to these areas, the damage was repaired properly. We then came in with a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint on the entire exterior of the home to ensure every part of the siding, both old and new, seamlessly flowed together. The final product was a beautifully updated exterior that preserved the architectural style of the home while protecting it for years to come.
