Full remodel of a historic home in downtown Everett. Homeowner is an architect and completely designed and rebuilt the home to match the period it was originally built in. We installed a complicated Cor-A-Vent rain screen system that allowed the walls to breath through the soffit venting. Installed multiple layered bands and elaborate trim details to all windows and doors.
