Challenge

Our customer found Pacific Exteriors through the Home Advisor website and contacted us to helpfully remodel parts of their charming homestead. After years of wear and tear on all aspects of the current siding materials, everything needed to get replaced to ensure safety for the family, guests, and structure itself. With the challenge of having to split the overall project into two pieces over the next year, it was important that our team replaced the proper materials correctly and set our customers up well to complete the remodel next year. 

Solution

For the first half of this project, our team was able to come in and remove all of the current soffits, fascia, and gutters from the entire property. We then came in and installed James Hardie Soffits to vented and unvented areas of the exterior, James Hardie Fascia to the entire shop and white seamless gutters with downspouts to ensure proper drainage in the future and protect their future siding. Finally, to complete this first stage in the remodeling process, we removed old siding from 3 gables around the property and installed James Hardie Board and Batten. The first round of remodeling already updated the look of the home and shop and got the customers excited to see the process continue with siding replacement later this year.
