Challenge

The property manager of this contemporary home on Mercer Island reached out to us to completely re-side the exterior of the house. After working with our complimentary design services, the customer decided to do a mix of Hardie Panel and Plank which requires extra attention to detail, as there are multiple types of material being used. They also decided on a complete exterior paint job to ensure everything would flow seamlessly together. 

Solution

Our crew removed all of the previous siding material and installed both 4x8 Smooth James Hardie Panel and Primed James Hardie Plank to the exterior of the home. Using mixed materials created an enhanced design aesthetic that was able to complement the style of the home, as well as update the entire exterior. Finally, the home was finished off with an overall coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in the body color of Smokey Alder. The completed project fits beautifully with the aesthetic of the home and repaired all of the damage done over the years.
