Challenge

Our customer's 1996 home was in desperate need of brand new siding all over their home, as the previous material was old and beginning to fall apart due to weather damage. Although they had an idea of what siding they wanted, they were unsure of what design would look best on the home and opted to take advantage of our complimentary design services to ensure the new exterior would blend together beautifully, including specific elements such as their front bay windows and garage. 

Solution

After working with the team at Renoworks, our customers decided on James Hardie Color Plus Siding from the Statement Collection with a body color of Monterey Taupe and trim color of Arctic White, which is one of the most popular color combinations. Looking at the unique design of their exterior, we decided to add panel siding to the bay windows on the front of the home as an added design element. To finish off the project, we added a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint to the soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts to match the new elements of the home.
