Challenge

Perched just above the Puget Sound in beautiful Gig Harbor, our customers needed a whole house re-side after the wear and tear of living on the water began to show. They were interested in replacing their current siding with fiber cement, which offers durability and strength, as well as long-lasting beauty for years to come. There are various options when looking to install this type of material. Although the majority of the material we install is James Hardie, we offer various upgrades that customers can choose from to help them achieve the exact design aesthetic that they are looking for. The main challenge is ensuring the quality of installation, no matter what warranty standards are tied to certain products. 

Solution

Working with our complimentary design services, the customer decided to install Rustic Series by Woodtone fiber cement siding as an upgrade from James Hardie. Our install team was then able to come in and remove all of the previous siding material and install the beautifully finished product to the entire home and garage. Safety and craftsmanship are the most important factors during the installation process, so our crews were careful and meticulous to ensure that all the best practices were being followed. The project was then finished off with brand new windows throughout, giving it a completely updated aesthetic.
