Collections Specialist

General daily tasks include:

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments on accounts through phone calls and written correspondence.
• Explaining financing options from 3rd party lenders with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve collection processes.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling sensitive financial information.
• Auditing projects for accuracy.
• Creating reports related to assigned tasks.
• Misc. admin and other tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excel experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Quickbooks Online experience.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
