Compensation:

•  Base Salary
• Monthly commissions based on upselling the existing scope. The average commission is $500-$1,500.00 per month.
• 401K with a up to a 4% match.

Job Description:

• Manage exterior remodeling projects from post-sale to completion.
• Pre-Construction meeting with customers.
• Take measurements
• Order materials
• Coordinate and manage installation crews
• Customer service
• Problem solving with the customer or crew.
• Final walk throughs
• Quality Control inspections
• Fielding phone calls
• Job site visits.
• Follow our systems and processes.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the construction industry or 2 years of owning and operating your own business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a decent driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Pass a background & MVR check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.000 - $100,000 per year
