Beautiful Job
They were very fast and efficient. Beautiful job. A little bit higher price but quality work is worth the money.
Beautiful new exterior
After getting a few similar bids, it was clear that these guys were offering the best options to the consumer for the Hardee product. What can I say? Our home has a beautiful new exterior. Everyone in the neighborhood has complemented us on our "new home". We went from painted cedar planks to the precolored Hardee planks and are so glad we did. The process was well presented. We were left with documentation to review every step of the way, provided with a designer to help us with our color choices, and even had some bonus' thrown in free-of-charge. Thanks to Dave and his team we are very happy homeowners with beautiful new Hardee siding.
I'd definitely recommend them
Very professional experience, to the bottom. I got several bids for my siding project, and it was a no-brainer after Pacific Exteriors came through. Their price wasn't the lowest, but the level of experience and expertise was worth the extra cost when it came to comfort in making my decision. They were timely, listened to my concerns, fixed problems as they arose, and worked around my schedule. I'm not the easiest customer to please, and when spending tens of thousands of dollars, I expect an excellent outcome. This is what I got, and my house looks like-new. If I had to give one thing that could be improved, it would be the touch-up painters afterward. They did not speak English and needed to make multiple return trips to get things right. That said, P.E. made sure I was satisfied before it was all said and done. I'd definitely recommend them.

Siding Project Review
Overall I was pleased with the job that Pacific Exteriors did on my home. They weren't the cheapest bid that I received, but the quality of the work met our expectations. The project managers and communication I received were less than satisfactory, and you have to stay on top of them as they don't monitor the work the subs are doing at all. Furthermore make sure you read your contract and re-verify the work that's to be completed. Also, they are quite busy and it took over 90-days to start the job after it was contracted. With that said, I would still use them again but learned a lot through the process
Replacement Siding
I contacted Pacific Exteriors in the winter of last year along with 4 other contractors for bids on replacement of the siding on the south side of our 2 story home. They weren't the highest but they were the lowest either but the they did meet my minimum specs for replacement of the siding and 3 windows. The surprise was that they completed the siding and windows in 2 days! The painting had to wait for better weather and that only took a day Steve from Pacific Exteriors went over every step as well as followed up with me upon completion of ever step to make sure everything met my expectations. I will be contacting them to replace he siding on the north side of my home next as they did a fantastic job and have earned my respect. They will eventually replace all the siding as I will be replacing each side of the house one year at a time.
Port Orchard Project
I just hired them today (07/05/19). I will give a much better rating after the work is done. The estimator Brad did a great job and gave me an accurate and complete estimate.

I believe referrals are a reflection of the person referring the business. I have personally used Pacific Exteriors for my personal projects, I'm always impressed by their quality and the efficiency in which they completed the job.
