Exterior Paint Project
We used your company 7 years ago to pain our house. Based on our satisfaction then, we gave you a call to paint it once again. We like the workmanship, but were very disappointed in the follow up from estimate date - to scheduling our painting. As it was, all worked out - but we didn't feel that we were a priority, didn't hear back from your company for a full month (September) as to when the job would be done. Thank you for asking for our opinion. We do like the finished job.

From beginning to end the project was very good. What would have made it perfect would have been if the start date was known. I found out basically 12 hours before the start time. That was insane. The punch list and end process was a bit chaotic and took way too long. I also thought the way painting is handled is completely confusing. We ended up spending way more than we thought we would spend. Your people were knowledge and the quote was fairly close to the final amount. Other companies were either way too low or way too high. In reality, your final price was closer to the highest bid we got, but you had done our friend's house, so I guess the reference helped as well.
