From beginning to end the project was very good. What would have made it perfect would have been if the start date was known. I found out basically 12 hours before the start time. That was insane. The punch list and end process was a bit chaotic and took way too long. I also thought the way painting is handled is completely confusing. We ended up spending way more than we thought we would spend. Your people were knowledge and the quote was fairly close to the final amount. Other companies were either way too low or way too high. In reality, your final price was closer to the highest bid we got, but you had done our friend's house, so I guess the reference helped as well.

Siding Replacement Project
Pacific Exteriors finished a re-siding project that had been started in an earlier phase of remodel, and then painted the whole house. They were able to match the earlier style, and provide good solutions for a few areas of the house that were atypical. The end result looks really sharp, and I feel good about the structural integrity of the exterior.?
