The process started out bumpy, but David, the owner stepped up and demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction by smoothing out all the bumps. In the end, my house went from the ugliest house on the block to the best looking house on the block.

Referral from a neighbor, thorough analysis of the job and preparation for the "what ifs". The pre-painted option as well as free under layment board replacement should there have been damage underneath were selling points. Steve Jump was on top of everything. Not pusy and was very honest
We had several quotes done and the one from Pacific Exteriors LLC was competitive. But even more important that the actual quote, the salesman was not pushy and was very honest with us on what needed to be done. He did not try to push us into services we did not need and it was greatly appreciated. He was honest.

Due to time delays in finishing the project (not enough material to finish the job) I gave your company a 4 star rating. Also, the crew did not work every day. Leonard seemed to have his own schedule. He would tell me that he would see me tomorrow and then he didn't show up. My siding looks great and I have already recommended your company to the other homeowner's in my neighborhood. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Thanks to David for a fair price and quality job. You know your products and run a very professional company. Thanks to Steve for always answering my calls and addressing my concerns in a timely manner. Great job!
