We are very happy with the exterior renovation of our house. Pacific Exteriors coordinated the installation of Hardi-Plank siding on the south side of our house as well as two sides of the loft, plus the installation of all new windows, including installing a new one for required egress and then the priming and painting of the whole exterior. The pandemic with supply chain issues created some delays, not only for predictability of supplies, but a larger clientele who wanted remodeling done. Communication improved as the process went on with the supply chain issues being resolved, and new personnel being brought on, due to the rise in jobs brought on by the pandemic and remote work at home. Considering our house was a blend of 1940s and 1980s+ construction, there were challenges that the different teams were able to problem-solve. I especially like the fact that inspections were done during the process and at the end, and even small things like repainting a duct to better blend into a large window frame color was done even though we had originally requested all ducts to be the house color.
