Very happy with the new siding installed
Very happy with the new siding installed by Pacific Exteriors . Short story – The entire process was very structured and well-orchestrated from the initial call to final product inspection with one issue corrected. I recommend Pacific Exteriors as we are very happy with the completed product as well as the experience. Long story – We had siding installed as well as insulation added to the garage walls. A project manager was assigned, we completed a walk through to discuss the work prior to committing to the project. Our only complaint during the process was the project manager. His communication with the work crew was not relaying our desires to them. We noticed items we had discussed with the PM not being accomplished. We showed the items to the work crew as well as called the PM who assured us the work would be completed as we had asked. All items were not completed. After calling and leaving messages with the PM for five days we called our Project Administrator. She had a new PM contact us the next day and from that point forward everything fell in line and made for a very smooth finish. The new PM (Thank you JR!!) showed up and completed a walk-though with us, had the crew back on site two days later and he created two happy customers! The PM also came after all was done to again walk through verifying the work quality as well as our expectations were meet. Very customer-oriented attitude and will call on them should we side our shed or need painting.
