I am very pleased with my project so far (still waiting for the paint). Andy has been very responsive throughout the entire project. He takes the time to explain everything and answer my questions, and takes my concerns seriously. The crew did an amazing job on my home and on the cleanup of the site. Andy is a great man and as a project manager he was up front and honest when he informed me that the original quote given to me by the sales representative was off by a considerable amount over the original quoted price. After talking to the sales person and confirming that he did not add the additional work and materials in the signed contract. I would suggest in the future the sales people have additional training when quoting older homes and all can benefit in some type of diversity training. So to move forward I agreed to the additional work and cost. I was told that I was the one person out of ten that this mistake happens to. Not happy but what can I say the house turned out looking beautiful. Thanks to the workers that had an exceptional work ethic showing up on time and working 10 hours a day six days a week. Always mindful of their break and lunch time. They worked hard for the company that I am sure is why Pacific Exteriors get those five star ratings. Kept every promise
When Michael Autry first came out to give us an estimate, he set our expectations very high. That's precisely why we chose Pacific Exteriors to replace our project. We wanted to hire a company that would never leave us stressed out, worried we’d be dissatisfied, or worst of all, unsatisfied and stuck paying for it anyway. Never a worry thanks to Steve, who was in charge of our project. Steve told us right away that he never wanted us to feel like we were being a burden by voicing any concerns or asking any questions, and boy did we put that to the test. True to his word, if I ever got on Steve's nerves (and I must have), he never let it show. He answered every question and followed through on every commitment. There were no surprises because Steve and Mike did an excellent job setting our expectations from the start. Steve was an excellent ambassador for Pacific Exteriors, and everyone involved in our project from start to finish (especially the skilled and hard-working installers) did such an excellent job that we got exactly what we'd hoped we would get: a completed job that we loved, and we never had to worry or stress that we'd end up with anything less than that from the first day to the last.
