Kept every promise
When Michael Autry first came out to give us an estimate, he set our expectations very high. That's precisely why we chose Pacific Exteriors to replace our project. We wanted to hire a company that would never leave us stressed out, worried we’d be dissatisfied, or worst of all, unsatisfied and stuck paying for it anyway. Never a worry thanks to Steve, who was in charge of our project. Steve told us right away that he never wanted us to feel like we were being a burden by voicing any concerns or asking any questions, and boy did we put that to the test. True to his word, if I ever got on Steve's nerves (and I must have), he never let it show. He answered every question and followed through on every commitment. There were no surprises because Steve and Mike did an excellent job setting our expectations from the start. Steve was an excellent ambassador for Pacific Exteriors, and everyone involved in our project from start to finish (especially the skilled and hard-working installers) did such an excellent job that we got exactly what we'd hoped we would get: a completed job that we loved, and we never had to worry or stress that we'd end up with anything less than that from the first day to the last.

I recently had the opportunity to work with some excellent service oriented professionals with Pacific Exteriors LLC. From my first interaction with the estimator, Brad Thien until my project actually began, the project manager, Andy Aydelott communicated with me where I fell within their schedule of work due to high season of repairs. Once the project got started, Andy was an excellent representative and support to me. He was not only available to me via phone, text but arrived on site to ensure the project was running smoothly even though we created a few challenges ourselves. There were too many things to list that I feel Andy went provided exceptional service to me and my family during the project period.

Manny was sent out to my place to add some finishing touches to my project. As is my way, I was very particular in how I wanted things to be done. Project Satisfaction
I moved into my home in March of 2009. I had looked high and low for just the right place. I finally found a house that I liked. I couldn’t love it entirely because it had been sided with vinyl siding which I have never liked. As the years passed by my intention had been to get my house re-sided with Hardie siding. It took awhile to gather the funds and then it was finally time. Next came the most important step. Choosing the right company to do the job. I researched several companies and had them bid for the job. Pacific Exteriors LLC were one of those companies. I chose Pacific Exteriors to do the job and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the final results. My project manager Jake Ray was definitely on top of his game. From the initial walk through to the final walk through and everything in between, he was very conscientious. Project Satisfaction
Jake Ray is an excellent project manager and I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality service in a timely fashion. I am extremely picky when it comes to how I like things to be. I approached Jake multiple times over what to most people would be non-factors, but to me were very important. He not one time showed any sign of impatience or a non-willingness to address my issues. As a matter of fact he made sure that these items were taken care of immediately. He is an excellent face for Pacific Exteriors LLC and anyone would be in good hands with him as their project manager. I would recommend he and Pacific Exteriors to anyone who expects perfection. Excellent Customer Service
Emily R was a fantastic laison for my project manager and I. Project managers are often busy working on multiple jobs and when mine was tied up elsewhere and I needed answers about anything at all, Emily was always there to provide them. She was fabulous and I would absolutely recommend a raise for her. She made my experience very pleasant from start to finish. She is the best!
Estimation Experience
I am a single woman and know virtually nothing about re-siding a house. It is a daunting task to call on a company to come and bid your home hoping that you won’t be taken for a ride. From the moment I met Michael I absolutely knew that this was not going to happen. He was very professional as well as honest in his assessment of my project.
