Andy is a great man and as a project manager he was up front and honest when he informed me that the original quote given to me by the sales representative was off by a considerable amount over the original quoted price. After talking to the sales person and confirming that he did not add the additional work and materials in the signed contract. I would suggest in the future the sales people have additional training when quoting older homes and all can benefit in some type of diversity training. So to move forward I agreed to the additional work and cost. I was told that I was the one person out of ten that this mistake happens to. Not happy but what can I say the house turned out looking beautiful. Thanks to the workers that had an exceptional work ethic showing up on time and working 10 hours a day six days a week. Always mindful of their break and lunch time. They worked hard for the company that I am sure is why Pacific Exteriors get those five star ratings.
