We are looking for someone with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and an ability to accomplish a broad range of administrative duties. This is a job with some variety, mostly admin tasks but there are always fun miscellaneous tasks to do including collaboration on marketing pieces or helping with special projects.

General daily tasks include:

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, and scanning.
  • Draft and send Work Orders.
  • Schedule Punch lists and Change Orders.
  • Maintain and update projects files.
  • Permit follow ups, work order and change order follow ups.
  • Assists in managing the day-to day projects activities; Schedule preconstruction meetings, make sure left-over materials are scheduled for pick up at end of the project phase & schedule clients walkthroughs.
  • Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and co-workers.
  • Follow through with project managers and crews to ensure timely advancement of project milestones.
  • Answer and forwards appropriate calls/Check emails and enter info on CRM to be reviewed by PM's and Production Manager/Track projects through communicating with coworkers, supervisors, on projects status and development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Excel experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Working with and assisting project managers.
  • Scheduling work orders to be completed.
  • Updating customers on the status of their project.
  • Tracking of all jobs in process.
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Office experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Desired Skills

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
